Terms of Use for the Online Store

1. General Terms

1.1. These terms define the procedure for making purchases in the online store (hereinafter - Store), which offers both electronic and physical goods.

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these terms and agree to them.

1.3. The Store owner has the right to change the terms at any time by publishing them in the Store.

2. Goods and Prices

2.1. The goods offered in the Store may be:
- physical goods – to be delivered by courier, parcel machine or mail,
- electronic goods – digital products (software, licenses, document templates, etc.) available for download 24 hours from the moment of purchase, or sent to the specified email.

2.2. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR), including value added tax (VAT).

2.3. The Seller has the right to change prices, but the price applicable to the order is the one in effect at the time it is placed.

3. Placing an Order and Payment

3.1. An order can be placed by selecting a product and adding it to the shopping cart.

3.2. After placing the order, the Buyer receives a confirmation at the specified email address.

3.3. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or other methods offered in the Store.

3.4. The order is considered valid after the full amount has been received.

4. Delivery of Goods

4.1. Physical goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, using delivery service providers.

4.2. Delivery times and costs are indicated in the delivery section.

4.3. Electronic goods are delivered digitally (download link or email) after payment is received.

4.4. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the supplier's fault or circumstances of force majeure.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Return

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving them by filling out the withdrawal form and sending it to the Seller.

5.2. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.

5.3. The Buyer covers the return costs unless a damaged or incorrect product was received.

5.4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to electronic goods if the Buyer has already received the download link or activated the license, except in cases where the product is defective or technically non-functional.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. Physical goods are subject to the manufacturer's warranty or warranty specified in regulatory enactments.

6.2. If a defect is found in the goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately.

6.3. The Seller is not responsible for losses incurred if the Buyer has not followed the usage rules or has used the goods inappropriately for their intended purpose.

7. Data Processing

7.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

7.2. The Buyer's data is used only for order processing and delivery, as well as for marketing purposes if the Buyer has given consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.

8.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in the court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable regulations.
